Authorised Change of Location
After you have booked your vehicle, you can request a change of drop off location with our Reservations team, please be aware that we may not be able to authorise your request as it may impact future bookings and availability of vehicle for other customers.
The change of location will not be approved until a change of location fee has been accepted and paid. Note, a casual conversation with any Travellers Autobarn staff member does not constitute authorisation.
An approved change of location fee may attract a fee to a maximum of $500.
Unauthorised Change of Location
Please consider that if you return your vehicle to another branch without approval from Travellers Autobarn, you could impact the holiday of the next customer that is booked into your vehicle.
Due to this, you will be charged an unauthorised change of location fee plus the full cost of recovering the vehicle to its rightful destination, see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
