Ready to hit the playa? We love that spirit of adventure, and we’ve got your back. You can take your Travellers Autobarn vehicle to Burning Man, but there are a few important things you need to know before you go.
What’s the Burning Man Supplementary Fee?
To help us look after the vehicle before and after the festival, a non-refundable $1,000 Burning Man Supplementary Fee applies to any rental taken to Burning Man.
This fee contributes to the extra work that Burning Man vehicles need because of the harsh desert and fine playa dust, think of it as helping us keep the van fleet ready for your next big adventure.

A Few Things You Need to Know
Return it clean:
Even with the fee, you’re still expected to bring the vehicle back clean, that means no excessive dust, debris, playa residue, or contamination.
Extra work = extra charges:
If the van needs additional cleaning, servicing, repairs, decontamination, damage fixes, or wear-and-tear work beyond what the Burning Man Supplementary Fee reasonably covers, those costs will be charged separately.

Tell us before pick-up:
Make sure you declare Burning Man use and have this fee paid before you pick up your van. If you don’t, a $1,500 penalty fee will apply and you might lose insurance coverage for your trip.
