We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as early as possible to help avoid cancellation fees.
No cancellation fee applies when you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled pick-up. After this time, the following fees apply:
- 8–14 days before pick-up: $200
- 1–7 days before pick-up: 50% of the total rental cost
- On the day of pick-up or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total rental cost
Unfortunately, cancellations made on the day of pick-up and no-shows are non-refundable.
If unforeseen circumstances affect your travel plans, we recommend contacting your travel insurance provider to discuss your options.
