If you would like to upgrade to another vehicle, please contact our Reservations team with as much notice as possible.
Please bear in mind that upgrade requests are dependent on vehicle availability, and that we may not be able to fulfil this request.
We also reserve the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle to the one originally booked at no extra cost where unforeseen circumstances dictate.
If you decide to downgrade your vehicle from the one originally booked, you will not be entitled to a refund.
