If you find that you are missing an important piece of equipment when you are on hire we apologise. Replacement of an item costing less than $100 may be affected without our authorisation and will be reimbursed upon completion of the rental if tax invoices are produced. If the item costs more than $100 please contact our customer care team and we will help you to find the item and give authorisation for you to be refunded on return or arrange payment ourselves directly.
