PROBLEM | POSSIBLE CAUSE | SOLUTION |
WATER PUMP NOT WORKING |
No power | Ensure battery switch is pulled out in the "ON" position |
If not connected to shore power, ensure battery is sufficiently charged (MIN: 11V)
*Check to see if the fuse is blown (replace is needed)
Ensure the water pump switch is in the "ON" position
No water | There is not a way to check the water level in the tank so add water if it is thought to be low.
Clogged filter | Check/clean the filter/screen that is mounted on the pump.
Pump overheated | There is an internal thermal breaker that will shut the pump off when it overheats. Allow it cool and retry.
Frozen Water | If the outside temperature is below freezing point your water may become frozen. When the temperature rises it will operate again.
Mechanical/Assembly failure | An electrical wire or water line may have come lose. Contact Travellers representative
NO POWER INSIDE |
Battery ON/OFF switch | Ensure battery switch is pulled out in the "ON" position |
Fuses | *Check each fuse to ensure they are not blown
Battery | Ensure the battery has sufficient charge (11v+)
NO POWER WHEN CONNECTED TO SHORE POWER | Campervan breaker | Ensure the main breaker is switched on along with all other breakers |
Source breaker | Ensure the breaker at the source (campground or generator) is in the "ON" position
GFCI Breaker | The USB outlets are protected by a GFCI breaker. Ensure the breaker is "ON" and not in "TEST" mode
Converter overheated | Unplug the shore power plug and allow converter to cool
MICROWAVE DOES |
No power | You MUST be connected to shore power. Microwave will not operate if you are not plugged into shore power. |
Ensure both the main breaker and microwave breaker are in the on position
Ensure the breaker at the source (campground or generator) is in the "ON" position
REFRIGERATOR DOES |
No power | Ensure battery switch is pulled out in the "ON" position |
If connected to shore power, ensure main breaker, converter breaker, and fridge breaker are in the "ON" position
If connected to shore power, ensure the source breaker (campground or generator) is in the "ON" position
*Check to see if the fuse is blown (replace if needed)
Battery voltage too low | Plug into shore power and ensure main breaker and converter breaker are in the "ON" position.
Refrigerator will shut off if battery goes below 10.4 volts. Refrigerator will turn back on when battery is at 11.7 volts
FAN DOES NOT TURN ON | No power | Ensure battery switch is pulled out in the "ON" position |
If connected to shore power, ensure main breaker and converter breaker, are in the "ON" position
*Check to see if the fuse is blown (replace if needed)
Check to see if the fuse located on the fan is blown (replace if needed)
Directional switch | The directional switch on the fan must be selected to either “IN” or “OUT”. If the switch is in the middle, the fan will not turn on.
Lid Closed | Fan lid must be in the open position in order for the fan to turn on.
FAN TURNS ON BUT |
Speed selection | The fan has three speed options (1, 2, 3). 1 is the slowest and 3 is the fastest. |
Low battery voltage | Plug into shore power and ensure main breaker and converter breaker are in the "ON" position.
ROOF WINDOWS LEAK | Normal | During heavy rain or washing, water may pool in the bottom of the window frame. Ensure "weep" holes are not plugged and water will drain on its own. |
Improper seal | If water is soaking the carpet surrounding the window frame, contact a Traveler's Representative. |
