The most likely cause for your vehicle not starting is a flat battery. This can be caused by accidentally leaving the lights on, playing music, running the air conditioning or leaving the keys in the ignition while the engine is off.*
If you believe this is the issue and you are able to find someone that can help you jump start the vehicle, you are welcome to do this. If you do this, please make sure you drive for at least one hour to give the battery a chance to charge.
If the issue happens again, and you are sure that you have not caused the battery flat by leaving on lights, playing music or leaving the keys in the ignition while the car is turned off please get in contact with us so we can arrange for the battery to be tested. If it needs replacing we will arrange for that to be done.
If you are unable to start the vehicle by jump starting it or if you think the battery is not the issue, please contact us for further assistance. Our contact options can be found at the bottom of this page.
You can contact us and 24 hour roadside assistance at 1-800-469-4790
*Please note: your secondary/house battery is independent of your engine battery and does not power the radio, air conditioning, headlights or front cabin. Connecting the van to power will not charge these either, or help start the engine.
