All drivers must be personally visit one of our branches if they wish to drive?

It is a requirement that all drivers intending to drive the rental vehicle are present when you collect the vehicle, to sign our rental agreement, have your details/driver’s license recorded and to read and sign our Terms and Conditions.

One of the Additional Drivers cannot attend on the day I collect the Vehicle?

If one of the additional drivers is unable to attend on the day you collect the vehicle, they can be added to the Rental Agreement by visiting one of our branches before or after you collect the vehicle.

If they are not listed on the Rental Agreement, then they are not authorised to drive the vehicle

Is there a Fee Payable for Additional Drivers?

There is a fee payable for additional drivers, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Can we change the main hirer?

Once the van is on hire, this is not possible. Please make sure to check your insurance coverage before you check-in.
