Our rental agreements are very specific with pickup and drop-off dates, and adhering to these terms is essential. You will be charged at the length of time booked, not the actual time used.
However, unexpected circumstances can arise. If you have travel insurance, it might cover certain rental car-related issues. Check your policy for details about rental car coverage and what qualifies as a covered event. If your delay was due to an insured incident, you could potentially file a claim.
