To operate the USB in your campervan the 12v isolation switch must be "on".
Still having trouble?
Do you have a flat battery? Plug into a powered campsite tonight. We recommend that you plug in every 2 to 3 days to fully recharge the secondary battery.
If your fridge, lights and water pump are working and your USB charger(s) are not the most common reason is a blown fuse. The fuses are located next to your house battery – in most vans, this is the first bench compartment next to the kitchen, or behind the driver’s seat in the Chubby, if you have trouble finding your battery, contact our customer care team so we can direct you.
If you are lucky, your fuses will be labelled as below. If there are no labels, you will need to check all fuses individually.
Remove the fuse and check it by holding it to the light. If the fuse has blown the metal wire inside will be broken. If it is broken replace this fuse and your USB chargers should work again. You can buy new fuse (10amp) from a petrol station or hardware store. They are very cheap. Please keep a tax receipt of the purchase and we will refund you. If the new fuse blows again there might be a bigger issue and you will need to contact our customer care team for assistance. Our contact details are listed at the bottom of this page.
If the fuse is not the problem, please contact our customer care team for further assistance. Our contact details can be found at the bottom of this page.
