To run the freshwater, open the faucet on the sink by pulling the handle out and turning the water pump on. The water pump power switch is a red toggle switch located next to your 110 outlets. Push the switch up to put it in the on position. With your faucet open and the water pump on the water will begin to flow. Do not drink the freshwater! This water can be used for brushing your teeth, cleaning dishes or washing your hands.
*When a faucet is opened after the initial filling of the tank, the water may sputter for a few seconds. This is normal and is not cause for concern. The water flow will become steady when all air is bled from the water lines.
*Remember to turn off the water pump when not in use. Leaving this on will cause your house battery to drain quicker than normal and may cause your house battery to die.
